help me stop smoking!!!

I just answered a similar discussion question, but will answer it again. My husband, who ended up with heart surgery due to smoking, was finally able to quit by attending a class called Stop Smoking held at a local Adventist Church. We are not adventists but the class was free to everyone. It was the only thing that ever worked for my husband. Please call the nearest Adventist Church and ask if they are sponsering a Stop Smoking class in your area in the near future. You will be glad you did.
