its very true rather if we say is there is existance of darkness , as we say its darkness but then what is the darkness? its absence of the light. what is cold its absence of the heat but then sound is something which is produced to make create wavelenghts in air changing th pressure of the air so if anyone is present or not this is goin to happen after falling a tree or anything so sound is there but then noone to hear we can say ....... what do you think do you agree or do you have any explaination if yes please express.......cheers

...with that line of thinking you could also say that if you can not see a person they do not exist or if you can not taste a hot apple pie, it has no flavor...
Sound happens whether we are there or not. Try setting a tape player or video camera in another room, turn the radio on... when you play back the tape, you can hear the radio though you were not there when it was playing originally.

That's an old one.
I would say that sound is a form of energy and does not need an observer to exist.
If a sound occurs with an observer then the same sound would occur without an observer it is just that no-one would record it.
That's like saying if I turn on a light and leave the room, is the light actually still there, which it will be unless the bulb has blown.
