What would be the content of it as your queastion is a bit vague...What is your idea of a digital journal. By they way Mylot often deletes one liner discussions so please post more content as this might get deleted and we all lose money and points.Just advising you so you and we do not lose income in the future. Hope this advice helps.

sorry, i hit the wrong button. digital journal is a community where bloggers and citizen journalists are paid for their contributions. free to jion, anyone can share news, opinions or info on current and intriguing news. find a new story,website,viedo or podcard that you think interesting and write something about that. post your opinion,link and news for other numbers. requirements: your posts must be original, no copy or paste. if you quote a third party, give credit to the original source. the minimun payment is us$10. you can get it by payple at the beginning of the month.

Digital Journal is not a real money maker...might be good to get news, but is a far cry from being a community...unless you are a right wing fanatic, and you would have to post hundreds of articles to make a hundred bucks.
