Myspace a great place for finding old friends or former classmates

I used to go to classmates.com all the time to try and find former classmates and catch up with old friends. I didn't have much luck there and it had an annual fee, ugh. Back in 2003 my friend in LA told me about Myspace and i joined it right away and instantly found old friends i couldn't get ahold of anywhere else. Since then i have renewed friendship with several of my old friends and aquaintences that i couldn't keep up with else where. I love myspace and yeah there are pro's and con's like with anything else, but the little con's that occasionaly come up are well worth the pro's that come of being a member!!

I'm on classmates too. I've talked to and found more HS friends on myspace though.

Yeah, MySpace is a better bet. I understand that Classmates.com costs a bit of money, whereas MySpace is free. If I had to choose, I would choose MySpace over Classmates any day.

It might not be just about myspace but in all social networking websites , you tend to find old friends and even foes , lol . atleast hat happened with me when i joined myspace and orkut . it is such a warm surprise and good too .
this for me has been one of the good aspects of internet all time , where else do you find such a thing , cool !

I agree that myspace is worth being a member of! I also joined to keep in touch with family and friends and to reconnect with old friends. I know I still wouldn't keep in contact with some of the people that I do now if it wasn't for myspace. It's great!
