heck no that isn't even close to enough for restitution, you have to think 23 years of someones life and all they knew was bars and confinement, how can you ever make up for something like that, let alone the scars that are left on his name the demoralizing of it all , just no wya to repay for that in my eyes, but it is a attempt.

No, its not worth it. How can you put a price on 23 years of someones life? But, since the deed would be done, and no one can turn back the clock, I would take the money and buy me a very expensive therapist lol

No, it isnt worth the restitution because no amount of money can turn back the time I losed because of misjudgement. Time is priceless.
