Not eating is not a diet.

Some don't eat to be thinner and sexier but they don't know that what they call "diet" is not really diet but death. You'll lose weight but you might also lose your life at the same time.If you want to stay fit or lose weight, eat the right food at the right time with the right amount. Have discipline, too.

If you want to die early - don't eat. If you want to stay sexy - have a 10 to 15 minutes exercise everyday. dont drink soda. lessen you carbo intake at night. eat lots of fruits and veggies and you surely you will stay sexy and healthy. don't believe in skipping meals. duh! if you still dont eat well get a life insurance.

Not eating is very unhealthy. If you want to lose weight dont skip meals, but skip in between meals or snacks rather. because when you skip a meal, you end up eating more in the next meal. To be sexy, do take an exercise, bending and twisting the waist will eventually give you a curvy or hour glass shape.

Actually not eating is not only going to seriously affect you health. But it will also in the long run cause weight gain, not weight loss. When you skip meals you body goes into starvation mode, and it thinks it needs to store more fats, due to the fact that it knows it is not getting the foods it needs, this causes the metabolism to slow down, so that when you do eat you burn less calories and store more fat, for future starvation. If you continue this you can find yourself obese, and yet never over eat, because any eating you do is likely to become stored fat. I am aware of this because I gained weight primarly because when I was younger if they told me I was getting fat, I would stop eating, but every time I did this I slowed my metabolism down more. Diet and exercise in my case can cause me to gain weight because the exercise builds muscle, but with my metabolism so slow even when exercising I do not burn enough fat to lose weight.
