i was selling full rune when some one said they would buy for 200k... im accepting the trade and then i look at my coins and i only have 20k i got scamed =( and the worst part i dont have enough money to get another set...

You should ALWAYS check the second trade screen, that's why it's there. READ the amount of money and make sure it's what you want. Don't just glance at the 200k part, also read that it says (20,000 gp). Check to make sure that its Rune and not Iron. They are easy to get mixed up. I have been scammed that way even though I like sat there staring at the IRON but they both 4 words, easy to mix up, especially if you are sleepy. Just make sure ALWAYS.

Also, you should always be suspicious of trades that seem too good to be true, because sometimes they are. I'm not saying that if you see someone selling something for cheap, that you shouldn't trade with them and see what they do, you should always try. But check the second trade screen, and if they're for real, Lucky for you. If not, oh well, figures.

i get people asking me if I will sell wizzy t top and hat and dhide t legs and str ammy t for 1.3mil, they put up the 1300k n quickly change it to 13,000 lol....i never get fooled but it makes me mad they wanna try to do that...just be mighty careful man

thats hrsh, i got scammed twice in the game. i sold 2 zammy skirts for 60k, 60!!!!
their worth 250k each, i was sooo pissed, then i learnt from my mistake and looked more closely at the second trade window
scamming is rly low!

That sucks.... All i can say is report them and be very careful... Noobs try to do that to me all the time when i sell runes for an even ammount of money.
If you notice though 200k appears as "200k" on the trade window and 20k appears as "20,000." so just double check it before every trade. And 200k isnt too too hard to get back if you work hard. Try mining or fishing and you will have it in no time!!! GOOD LUCK!!

yea...scamming is really often in these games..
It sucks...when people scam you
Next time, just check for the right amount of money before accepting, and i'm sure everything will be fine =P

I went through this when i was playing Tibia like long time ago. I know how you feel. Just be careful next time.
