I didn't like them in their early years, first getting started. In fact it wasn't until American Idiot that I truely began to understand the greatness of Green Day. It all started with Boulevard of Broken Dreams, after that I was hooked and now I like it all, even the old stuff!
What a maroon I was back in the day! To think of all the goodness I have missed out on!

No, you misunderstand. I've heard more than just the one song. But it wasn't until that song that I began to appreciate and really listen to their music. Know what I mean. No one just likes a band for liking a band. They hear a song from them and either like them at that point or don't.

I got on the Green Day boat late, too, and now I'm hooked. My favorite songs are Boulevard of Broken Dreams and Minority.
