Hot peppers anyone?

If you enjoy hot hot peppers, may I suggest that you cut them in half lengthwise, clean out the seeds, and stuff it with cream cheese or ricotti cheese. Put it under the broiler, and then eat it. Yummmmy. You will love it.

That sounds like something my hubby would enjoy. He likes hot food. I'll have to tell him about this one. Do you have anything a bit cooler?

My daughter would like this because she loves hot hot stuff. Could you just use normal peppers or does it have to be hot peppers?

Serrano pepper - Peppers are full of good health and an excellent source of vitamin C.
Oh, that sounds so good. I would like that better than the deep fried stuffed peppers available in the stores and for fast food. I try to avoid fried and breaded food, and like fresh made so much better. Thanks for the great idea!!!

Here is another spin on that idea. Stuff the pepper (I use jalapenos) with the cream cheese and wrap half a slice of bacon around it, then broil or even just bake. They are really yummy!

Oh that DOES sound good! I really like cream cheese and jalepenos on a toasted bagel, or toasted pumpernickel so that is right up my alley! Have you ever had chili rejenos?
