do you find it hard to sleep sometimes?

do you have any experience regarding sleep difficulty? what do you do when it occurs? i'm asking this since i also find it difficult to sleep at night. i ussually sleep late which make my head ache when i wake up in the morning.

it happens to me once in a while, especially when i have so much to think of like problems for example.

yeah sometimes, and when that happens i just count sheep, its effective to me.

Nah, i dont have any dificulty in getting to sleep, but i have in waking up early, im a sleepyhead.

I too sometimes find it difficult to sleep. Wen my Headaches or I m in some sort of tension, I find myself that I cant sleep.

My asthma medicine causes a little difficulty sleeping, and I don't usually sleep well when I'm stressed or upset, so depending on the events in my life at the time, I miss a lot of hours of sleep. I usually just try to lie down and rest, even if I can't get any real sleep, though sometimes I'm so restless that I go for late-night walks or something. I try not to get back on the computer, as I've found there's something about the blue glow of a computer screen that wakes me up even more. I've found doing some bit of exercising before bed can help though. Not a heavy workout or anything, but just a bit of running or something.

I too have the same problem sometimes. I lie down on bed to realise after a very long time that sleep is very far away. I go to watch tv till i feel that i am sleepy. I go to sleep at around 2am and wake up late in the morning at 8:30 or 9:00 am. I am unable to have control over my sleep. Many people say that we can control our sleep (Time of going to bed and waking up) by meditation. But i dont know how far this can solve my problem...

I face it most of the time. When i am under pressure of something, i just cant fall asleep. Sometimes, i wake up during the middle of the night and cant fall asleep back. This is i think called insomnia (something i learned from mylot) I do a little meditation now and this will improve with time. I think i only can do this. You also try meditation its really soothing.

Not sometime, but almost everyday i face this problem. I don't want to see a doctor because i dont want to do so. I get imsomnia quit long time ago, i don't know either it's serious or not, or really imsomnia or not. All i know i face hard to sleep everynight. :) wish me sweat dream today

nope, i have a good sleeping habbit so i dont have problem with sleeping.
