You could replace the lcd screen but only if the manufacturer has them. If it is under warranty you could trouble them to see if they will replace it.

um im not much of a wizz when it comes to computers, but i rent my computer, and after so long i will own it, maybe you could look into something like that to get a new computer instead of forking out heaps of money to pay for it outright.
