How to earn posting pics?

I was trying to post a pic. and there i found out i can also earn from the pics we uploaded. this gave me an idea when i was prompted by a message telling me that I can not earn from my pics since its personal in nature. so how do we really earn from pics?

You have to upload the picture to one of the "intrest" pages or when you start a discussion to earn from it. You don't get credit for putting them on your profile page. Once you get to 500 posts you can also add pictures to your responses and comments for more earnings. Usually, you get about $0.01 per picture.

It's my understanding that you can earn from pix except when you put them in your profile.

I you put your picture to go along with a discussion your have started or to go along with a discussion you are replying to... Then you can earn from it... But putting them in your profile does not count because some wanted to post pictures to share with their friends but did not want to sell them. - DNatureofDTrain
