High Blood Pressure?

My blood pressure is 150/105, i am 5-10, 180lbs I am on atenolol 50mg's a day, its still hasn't lowered? And i am on xanax for anxiety, any tips that i can lower my blood pressure so i can stop feeling bad? Help me please!
