Is it just me or does it seem today that myLot seems a bit dead? I've not recieved an email notification at all of friends starting discussions. So I surfed all 46 of my friends pages. Only a few have started new discussions. I usually have about 25 new discussions started by my friends by now & only a few seem to have started any. They have been logged in recently also. It just seems to be an odd event after all the troubles in the early hours today. Anyone else experiencing anything along these lines also? This is irritationg. Guess I'll just go respond to other discussions right now.

Mylot was experiencing difficulties earlier today, I was actually in the middle of posting a discussion and it booted me out. That may be why your friends haven't posted anything either.

that's what i was thinking-i couldn't post at all earlier.
i could see everything,just couldn't answer anybody or do threads.
they may have just decided to do a skip day.

I'm still receiving a lot of emails today Grandpa Bob, more than 25 in fact re my friends new discussions. I will clean them up by responding to them before the day ends. Don't worry, they may return with a vengeance later today or tomorrow..LOL. Happy postings Grandpa Bob!

Sometimes I feel mylot seeks to punish me with this email glitch. This has got to be the 5th time in a month it's happened. Oh well. It'll give me plenty to do when the mailman comes around. Hugs to you sweetie. Thanks for the response also.

This happen to me few days ago.I wait for 2 days and I sent a message to mylot I even start a discussion asking from anyone if have any way for help(the first day I believed is any problem with my mail).After one more day mylot response me asking if the problem solved and if no I say to them ,as I did.The problem solved from mylot after 1 week.It was too hard for me to surfed at my friend pages and try find the new discussion.
PS.I love the picture you upload at the discussion and now after you add me at your friends I can add comment.THANKS for the friend request.

I think it is MY LOt. They must be doing some really weird things these past few days.
I have posted 3 discussions today, so unless you have turned the notifier off for me, you should have received notification. Not only that, I have sent you three or more PM's to thank you for best responses and they have all disappeared from my messages.
AND, I can't put a photo on your comments page, even though I have more than 500 points, as I can not see the way to do it.
So something is up with MY Lot lately!

Hi Grandpa Bob, when things aren't going well in mylot it just ruins everything. You think there are problems because the membership numbers keep growing? I don't know that's what I'm thinking. I hope they are updating their system to keep with this.

yeah the more traffic a site has the harder it has to work for them. I think myLot may be ready for a new server any day. LOL

Well, Grandpa Bob, I don't know about the others, but I have been busy writing on another web site that is having a contest, so I have just been checking in briefly here. I haven't had any wonderful ideas for disussions either. I guess I missed something, too. You mentions somekind of troubles in the early hours. What happened?

Anything and everyting happened with another HUHGE update it seems. I haven't gotten an email notification in almost 2 days now. But thats life here on mylot. HAHAHAHA!!!

We are all here and present and correct. We dont need to keep posting discussions on a daily basis. And as for answering discussions it is hard when you cannot find a good discussion to comment on. There are a few that post a discussion admitting that they cannot think of anything to say or post about as thier mind has gone blank for a while. But they soon bounce back to thier own cheery self. Most of the discussions have no real meat to them, so it is only tittle tattle type of responses that can be posted back to keep a decent thread going.

Well I haven't had any email notifications for about a week now - maybe longer. It is really annoying, as it was always the easiest way for me to catch up on friends' discussions to respond to. Without it, and because of the constraints I have with long working hours, and a slow Internet connection, I am really out of touch with things here. It does seem to be exceptionally slow these days though I agree.

Now what I do is log on then check about 10 friends pages. Then start a topic or 2. Then respond to other members discussions. Back to 10 friends. And so on and so forth. Guess that's the way I'll go for awhile now. I'm still not recieving emails. And all friends are "ON". Even MyLot hasn't answered me yet since I contacted them maybe 4 hours or so ago. Grrr! LOL

I'm still here Grandpa Bob. I started 2 discussions yesterday that are still going strong, well one is winding down. I try not to start everyday any ways but when I have 2 discussions going that are getting a fair amount of responses, I tend to those and trying to post to friends so that keeps me busy. I think though I will start one tomorrow and will hope to see you. :) If not then no worries.

It might also be do to the noticeable trend that seems to be going on around here lately. A lot of people respond to discussions and get nothing in return repeatedly. And starting a decent discussion that people will actual answer seems pretty tough around here too. Have a good day

Ahaaaa...so you want to have a lot of notifications coming from your email. You just wait there and I'll post 10 discussions right away...LOL, I haven't post yet what I have in mind. I need to recheck if its unique. Seems like there will be days that mylotters have no ideas about what to post. Happy posting, grandpa!!!

this is just normal actually and you cant help but wonder where are those people and after joining mylot they find it boring and now they are gone. maybe they have thought that you would not earn and be rich here in mylot since you earn in pennies and its not enough to pay your bills and send your children to school.

Maybe it's just you and so far it's been an active site. It all depends on your posting when someone will reply from your discussions. Imagine -- you have over 1,000 posts so you should get used to mylot by now.

Hi Grandpa Bob, I though I made a good effort for me anyway, yesterday, lol. I had 80 notifications this morning which is good for me, I'm sure it will catch up with itself later today, we are all buzy at differnet times so get here at differnt times I think.

I think there was quite a bit of a problem earlier on today , possibly that's why it is so quiet . I have heard a lot of people complain too that their earnings are a lot less than they used to be , maybe some are getting a bit disheartened , hope it all goes back to normal soon though xx

you are right .i was typing up a real long post and then boom,mylot went under maintenance.i was like grrr why should this be happening to me.and then it got ready again.well i havent recieved any notifications too from discussions my frends have started.maybe my lot is upgrading and is trying to bring about some changes and thats why we were having these issues.
