which country has highest advancements in extreme engineering

i'm intrested in knowing about extreme enginnering guys.. i think u guys too would watch these programs in nato geo channel.. this the program which i would admire the most. but i cant watch it regularly. u guys who would watch this please help me out in getting some best places are any other big concerns that come out with latest trends in these advanced engg.... and ur responds would help me and others a lot..

if u really mention the word extreme thn its non other than the eropean countries...............it wud be clearly shown in the same geo channel........................but considering engineering it might be japan or any thing...............
