having difficult time deciding...what would you do in my place?

I am working my way through college and am now in my sophomore year. Recently a friend of mine offered me a good paying job in his company.This looks like a good opportunity for me to help my family financially since we're having a diffidult time making both ends meet. i am given till the end of this month to decide. What will i do?

i say go for it as lond as this friend is not looking to hang this "favor" over your head. I had a similar thing happen to me and I ended up losing what I thought was my best friend when he decided it was time that I pay him back for the "favor" he did for me. So be careful but otherwise go for it. I am sure your family would be greatful.

make sure the job has room "to grow" and that it is indeed a long term position and not something that your friend is just trying to find a temp for.
if your family needs the money, and the position is good, room to grow, pays well, then you should go for it.
but try looking into continuing your studies thru nightcourses or perhaps online classes thru the college.
