Just recently I began to take a 1 day for woman which is interesting. I also take a vitamin C and a vitamin B tablet daily. I cant tell how they are affecting me but I hear its a GOOD idea to get better when sick (I am) or keep from getting sick. So I am curious about you. Do you take your vitamins? Which ones? Do you think they help you health wize? :)

I take a womans one a day for women over the age of 50. I don't know how much good it does but after my heart attack my doctor said to take the vitamin and have a flue shot every year, so I do. Guess it won't hurt...

We take multi vitamin packs from Nature Made and since I have gotten my husband on them he doesn't get sick like he use to from work with all the people around him. I haven't even gotten a cold in a couple of years now. I think they really do work, but you do have to be careful not to take to much of a few as they can be harmful to your health. Like vitamin A is not good to take to mcuh and even vitamin C can be harmful to your liver if in large amounts are taken over a long period of time...So we play it safe and take packets once a day...We can tell the help they are doing for us.....

I do not take it everyday. But when i am really busy and easily get tired, i will take my multivitamin. When i start to sneeze,i will take vitamin C to help the body increase the immune system. My evening primrose oil (supplements), i will take prior to my menstruation period every month to reduce the symptom of PMS.And calcium..the only one that i take everyday since i need to store them as much as i can.. I believe they work, that is why i am still taking. :)

I do take vitamin C from time to time. But I can do without them too since I am generally healthy enough. In fact recently, there are reports saying that they might be instance harmful. We still know too little about our own body to be sure.

I am a weirdo lol - I can't take a multi vitamin with Zinc in it - it gives me migraines! ^o^ I take potassium pills to help with leg cramps (I am on my feet all day at work), an occasional Vitamin C and a B complex one - but that is it. I know the potassium helps - but can't really say for sure about the other ones. It's easier for me to just take the potassium pill than to run to the store for bananas - I love bananas but can only eat so many lol.

I don't take vitamins daily, i only take them when i'm feeling like i could do with a bit of a boost. I think that if you try to eat a healthy, balanced diet you shouldn't need to take any vitamin supplements, so i prefer to focus on having that helathy balanced diet rather than relying on the pills.

I and my family take daily dose of vitamin C as it helps fighting cold and is considered to be anti-aging. But we take it in the form of paste ,not tablet. There is an ayurvedic composition known as 'Chyawanprash',which comprises various herbs which are rich source of Vitamin C and also iron. Ayurvedic medicnes and treatment are slow but have no side effects. Since i started taking cyawanprash,i feel more active. We rarely have cold and cough.I find my skin much radiant and our memory has also improved. It should be taken one tspn morning and evening with milk in winters and half tspn in summers.
