on relationships...to stay or not to stay

when can you really say enough is enough..how can you tell if it has to stop, to take a halt, to pause or even rest? this are just some questions that's been hanging on my head. there are choices that has to be made. big decisions that will affect not only my entire family but the entire clan connected to me. how important is it for a family to be intact when the very foundation of the family is falling apart? is it really worth saving? up until now i'm still contemplating on what i could have or should have done. i'm stuck between the need to keep the family together for my daughter and giving myself a chance to be happy..would you be selfish and go for your real happiness or be selfless and give up your own happiness for everyone else's contentment?
