There are so many benefits that come from green tea! Green tea contains antioxidants that have been proven to lower cholesterol, it reduces high blood pressure, lowers blood sugars, fights cancers, boosts immune systems, fights viruses, slows aging, destroys free radicals (which are highly reactive molecules and fragments of molecules that leave the body susceptible to heart disease, cancers and many other diseases!) Basically green tea is awesome and has so many positive effects on your body! Drink 3-6 cups a day for it's full effect! Enjoy!
