what does "unresolved discussions" means?

the unresolved discussions are the discussions you have started but you have not yet select the best response

That is very simple....you just need to pick a best answer.Most people like to wait a while before doing so to give others a chance to post their responses.

As the previous posters have said, you have to choose a "best response" for the discussion to be "resolved". You are NOT required to select a best answer. If none of the answers are good enough for you then you don't have to give any of them the best response mark. You can always give a + for the people who have good responses or a minus for people who only give one-word answers or don't answer your question at all. That's what they are there for. If someone gives a fantastic response to your discussion, one that stands out over the rest and is the most helpful to you- that is when you are supposed to give the best response!

oh welcome on myLot maria_luisa! I tought you was italian from your name, then I found you are from Philippines :o). Unresolved discussions are discussions where you didn't choose the best response. You must wait until your discussion stop receiving responses at all and then you can mark it the best one. Remember that you can't change your best response after choosing it!

Hi Maria, unresolved discussions are those on which you haven't marked or chosen a Best response yet. Marking Best Response is up to you and you can do it at your own time. Once you mark them those discussions are "resolved" A best response shows you have appreciated that person's response and you deemed it worthy of the title. Enjoy your experience at mylot!:)

It just means that you have not marked out the best responses for them. Just mark it and it would be resolved. It's up to you - some people never resolve their discussions - but it gives them a bad reputation. :P

You have to give them best responses and rate them thats what its all about.
