Can I use somebody else's Paypal account for myLot transactions?

MyLot listed Paypal and e-gold as the only payment options for the community. Paypal Philippines allow account holders to send money but not to receive money. I can't understand how e-gold works and Paypal charges less for every transaction so I think its better. I was wondering if I can use a relative's account. He lives in the US.

If your relative can help you with honesty
then you can use your relative's account
for Paypal . It will be easy for you to
get your money from Paypal account thru
a US Bank account .

I think I not going to have any problems regarding my relative. I doubt if he'll cheat me with just a few bucks.

If I am to take your question seriously, I believe Paypal is available in both countries so there's no reason for you to use an US account. But it seems that you're just trying to bully me because you probably find my question silly. Or you probably just don't understand my question? The last one is more probable since you wouldn't post the same question to somebody asking it.
