Setting up a FOUNDATION

Does anyone here knows how to set up a foundation or non-stock/non-profit organization? If you have experience please share it.

Why not check with the SEC, same process goes with the corporation, but only tax exempted from the BIR. Good luck!

yeah that's true, go right to SEC and let your foundation be registered. they are requiring 1million pesos for a foundation in the Phils. that will be used as working capital for your projects.
