Sleeping time.

Do you sleep 8 hours a day. Experts say that we have to sleep 8 hours a day to regain our strength for the next day. I am a busy working mother. I don't usually have time for my self. But i make sure that i sleep at night well. Even 6 hours for me is well enough but i trying to sleep 8 hours in a day. How about you? How many hours do you sleep in a day?

I am eager to sleep for many hours, even more than eight hours. At the usual time, I am too tired.

I'm lucky if I can get 6 hours of sleep at night. When I was working I would get anywhere from 2-4 hours sleep at night. It wasn't much, but I actually felt better with less sleep. Now the amount of sleep I get depends on our huskies, we have a young one.

I always sleep about 7-8 hours no matter what. I don't know how does it happen, but I guess that my body is use to it, and he can only be in rest for 7-8 hours. When i'm going out, and come in the morning, and i'm really really tired, then I can sleep for even 11 hours, but those occasions are very rarely.

Sleeping 8 hours a day is a healthy leaving but because i need to do something, my sleeping time will be shorten. .

If I add the hours I sleep after opening my eyes in the morning, I sleep about 9 to 10 hours. I'm basically a afternoon/night person and usually sleep around 1 to 2 am. I am half-awake at 9 am and then sleep two or three hours more. There is a study also that sleeping late at night is not good because there is a particular hormone that is released or manufactured while we sleep at night. I just don't remember what that is. If it is a hormone that makes a woman well-endowed at the right places... I might just think again... :D

Usualy 8 hour sleep is enough for a healthy person.We are watching tv at night and go for a sleep at 10.get up in morning at 6.
