First Day of Spring

I would like find out if everyone actually has Spring weather where they are from I have to go to town and not looking forward to it at all Freezing rain, mixed with big fat fuzzy snow flakes. So it appears that me and my truck are going to go skating to town Steps are icy Truck has an 1 inch of ice on windows and doors. Can start a new discussion while it is defrosting and warming up LOL Wendy

Hi Wendy! It feels like spring here. I woke up to a thunderstorm which was a nice change from the ice storms we have been having recently. It is cloudy and chilly, but it smells like spring outside. You know, that muddy, damp, grassy smell? It just makes me want to plant flowers! I hope things thaw out there for you. Maybe you could start some seedlings inside and have your own little spring. =)

I am glad you are getting better weather You couldn't smell spring here if you tried We still have over a foot of snow lOL and they are calling for me Start seedlings hmmmmmmmmm............ You mean like plants or posies or something LOL Sorry that isn't going to happen I can't wait for ice out so I can go fishing LOL Gardening isn't my thing In a another thread I joined the lady who had a Black thumb LOL Me too Thanks ever so for responding Appreciated Wendy

Also In Italy, First Day of Spring that.... it seems winter: the mountains have the snow !

Italy Awe Some day I want to go there too LOL Always nice in the spring when the mountains have snow and the valleys are full of sweet smelling (maybe you have them already) flowers Thanks for posting

We are having pretty good Springy weather. It will be about 75 degrees today with cloudy skies. I am in Texas and we have stormy Srpings most of the time. We have about a 40% chance of storms this afternoon.

We have been Texas a few times Once to Dallas and the again to cross the border to Mexico Yes you do get spring storms but you have awesome winters too At least they are heck of a lot warmer than here We get down -40 at times Doesn't matter if it is Farenheit or Celsiius That is where they meet Still freexing cold no matter how you look at it Thanks for responding Wendy

Well Lets see. yesterday was 73 and today it's 54 and cloudy! I feel for ya hon! Although skating in your truck to town makes for an interesting conversation!

WOW 73 I will even settle for 54 That sounds warm to me LOL Skating with my truck is amusing I have learned to slow down lots. The first time I did a 360 (complete circle) this year I was scared skinny LOL Plows and sand trucks out now I am absolutley positive they waited till I came home LOL Thanks for lifting my spirits Wendy
