does age really matter when it comes to relationships?

"age doesnt matter"
thats what we always heard from those person who "love" love.
in my opinion, it does matter, because different age range comes different views, belief and opinions, different expectation for they have different level of maturity.
But why do you think there are people who still understands each other eventhough they came from a different age range? we'll i think thats the beauty of loving and being inlove.
so if theres is love there will be no misundertanding and difference. its great to have love all over the world, because we'll be living peacefully throughout. but i think that is impossible as well. what do you think?

NO, I don't think so age really matters when it comes to relationships. I have a crush on a girl who's elder than me and she to knows that. I flirt with her. It think it doesn't really matter. I would rather marry an elder girl rather than getting married to one who's my age. :P

No, age does'nt matter. It is a matter of understanding the other person. Of course, the older person most often gives in and understands the youger person, but that's what relationships are all about, in giving and understanding each other. There are a lot of misunderstandings, for sure, but these can be resolved by talking to each other sincerely and honestly.

Yes, at different ages, age does matter. Would you want your 18 yr old son dating a 40 yr old woman? and vise versa? I think all parties over 30, it does not matter as long as both parties are over 30. For general dating, I believe in the 9 yr rule, much over 9 years and there is a decade between you and you are definitely dealing with a generation gap. Besides say your 16 yr old daughter comes home and says, I met the sweetest guy and I'm in love!!! -- the dreamest guy turns out to be a 28 yr old, how would you feel then?
