How soon do you go back to your responses to check if someone left a comment?

OK. I must admit that I don't really go back to the responses I've given to some discussions that quick to check if someone has left it a comment.
But yeah, I do check them once in a while..and most likely when I first log on to mylot. I mean, after I log on here, one of the first areas that I look to is the discussions I've responded to.. well, I just would love to see if someone's left me a comment..and that means my thoughts were really read and paid a lil attention to... :P don't really care much if the comments are somehow on my side or the other...at least, it was read and I've let my thoughts and ideas known.. :P
how about you, how soon do you check your responses given to some discussions to see if there are some comments left? after 10 minutes? after an hour? or the next day when you log back on? and why?

i check first the discussions i posted when i logged in here in mylot. and then i open another window to check my friends' discussions... i check replies once in a while, like every 20 minutes i guess... honestly, i don't post response to some replies. but if i am in the mood i thank everybody who post their views.. :)

it ll depends what i am doing at that day at my personal life
there are days that i am home only at early mornings or late evenings so just then i heck
there are days that i sit most of the day at the computer and then i check about once in an hour and try to honor and respond fast

well it actually depends on the topic... if its a very interesting topic and you wrote something very nice then i bet you want to get back and see what replies you've got for it... otherwise i wouldn't bother....

i usually go back to my responses to check for any comment atleast once, when i log in the next day. but if i feel that my response is such that it will attract a comment instantly then i go back quite frequently.

Well, I mostly check back after 15 minutes. I do so that I may encourage more people to reply to my topics and in a sort of way to entertain people. Also, so that the topic may not lose it's charm.

the 1st thing i do when i log on mylot is to check the discussions that i have started. i tend to check it twice while i'm posting my responses to other topics. i dun do it often coz the pages are taking ages to load.

i get the alert message in an email, so soon i get an email then i go and check it and not all the time i will respond to them.

I find it very difficult to go back and check my responses to discussions, wishing that there was an system in play from myLot that they would advise if someone responded to our response, similarly to the notification we get when someone responds to our discussions, this may be tedious on their part and probably not something they are capable of doing so unless the topic is one I generally have a great interest in checking back to see if someone responded is the lowest on my priority list for myLot.

I also dont really see the comments on my responses unless the discussion was really an interesting one and a good debate was going on. As for responses of other people to my discussions I get alert on email and check it there and then answer if necessary

If I post a discussion, I go back to read and rate the responses after I receive email notifications.
For responses that I do to discussions, I do it randomly for topics which I am interested or have posted questions in my response. Often, I give up after searching through the pages to look for my response, especially if the topics garner many responses after me.

Before, i never go back to discussions i have responded, i don't know that i have to do it. i have just discovered it two weeks after i had been a member of this site. i find it exciting and enjoying whenever they respond to my comment, it seemed like a debate. thru this i learned alot from them.

Two times a day. I think this is a nice interval. I have an average number of responses and they're not that much to check them non-stop and not that little to check them only once per day.

Lately, it depends on the time I have to come into here. Some times I have a hard time keeping up with the people who respond to my discussions and the small amount of time I have to spend in here, but I feel if someone takes the time to post a decent response to one of my discussions, then I have the decency and right to respond back to one of theirs. So it might take a while to do this, but I feel is worth it.

I check my responses as soon as they come into my mailbox and then later about 1-2 days I check them off and give them a best response. I find that by doing it this way that I am helping the person that responded to my discussion and make sure that when I go before I delete them for good that I have done everything I was suppose to in regards to my discussions.

Normally it is at least a day later before I have time to go back and review responses.

I have found that whenever I get a reply to either a discussion I started or a post I've made I usually get an e-mail that shows me the responses made.

I have to say I mult-task alot when I use mylot. I post a lot of discussions. I reply a lot as well. I also do check on my discussions if others have replied due to others opinions. I tend to read fast or read the parts that get to the point. I love doing surveys.
