I got SPIED!!!!!!

This thing happened to me today in my college.My friends were playing while a staff was taking class and they were hitting each other with folded papers and i too was trying to hit a friend and i missed him and the paper piece hit the staff on the back... The staff got angry and he wanted to know who was the person so he could punish.Most of the friends knew it was me and none of them were willing to tell and so the staff started to boycott our classes and a spy in my class just ran up to him and told him my name. The punishment i got is suspension for the following week. I know the person who told the name,but i do not know what to do.I feel like breaking his bones but that will create more problem.Can you suggest a better way to deal with that sucker??????
