Well the Easter season is closing in quick. Thought I'd share this cute kids Easter egg joke with all joke loving mylotters. HAPPY EASTER!!! HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !! One year, my six year old son and twelve year old daughter were in the kitchen helping me boil eggs to color for Easter. The pot of eggs had starting to boil and they were making the strange noises that they sometimes do. My son heard the noise and was walking around the kitchen with his head tilted to one side listening, trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. As he got near the stove and noticed it was coming from the pot of eggs, he asked what was making that sound. Without missing a beat, his older sister answers, "It's the baby chicks screaming!" His eyes nearly popped out of his head!

aaaaargh, my goodness, did he ever eat eggs again. My mums friend once boiled an egg with a chick in it many years ago, I was only a little girl and I always wonder when I boil eggs, as I will only have free range from a local farm, lol.

Is this something that your kids really did or just a joke? Either way it is really funny! It sounds like something that my I would've told my older sister. She believed anything anyone told her & I loved tellin her things like that to freak her out. Your kids must of been a blast to be around when they was little. Thanks for makeing me laugh yet again.

I kept Easter alive for my daughter as long as possible. We would leave out carrots & water for the rabbit. A way would have to be devised to let the bunny in at night. One Easter morning, she told me that she definitely heard the rabbits hopping steps during the night! When she outgrew the Easter Rabbit, she transferred the mythical part to her step sister. One year, later at night whgen she was asleep, out goes my daughter to the front yard. She draw rabbit prints on the sand leading a trail to a window. In the morning her step sister had to follow the trail. Now none of them believe in the easter Bunny, but still want an egg hunt. As we will be camping this Easter, guess who will be up at some ungodly hour hiding Easter Eggs.

I recall years ago as a young adult I ordered breakfast at a Perkins or Embers. Anyhow when the waitress asked how I'd like my eggs. I said hatch them pluck them then fry the dark. LOL.

AN AMAZING DISCOVERY! German scientists dug 50 meters underground and discovered small pieces of copper. After studying these pieces for a long time, Germany announced that the ancient Germans 25,000 years ago had a nation-wide telephone network. Naturally, the British government was not that easily impressed. They ordered their own scientists to dig even deeper. 100 meters down, they found small pieces of glass, and they soon announced that the ancient Brits 35,000 years ago already had a nation-wide fibre net. Israeli scientists were outraged. They dug 50, 100 and 200 meters underground, but found absolutely nothing... They concluded that the ancient Hebrews 55,000 years ago had cellular telephones.

Kids - that sounds like something my 15 year old would say to my 4 year old grand son, then of course I can hear the grandson screaming for grandma to rescue the chicks.
