Moving

Moving sucks. When we decied to move we are excited about a new house or apt. We do walk throughs and we find the prefect place and we can wait to move in. Moving day comes and you find out you have way more stuff then you thought you did. My family movied last weekend and I a sure it will take me a month or more to get this house in order. Tell me how things went when you moved. does anyone have a smooth moving day?

I have smooth moving days cause I learned to mark boxes kitchen bedroom etc...and to keep things together and in the right area So when I get in the new house all the kitchen boxes are in the kitchen living room items in the living room and so on That way I don't have to go through everything And the important items I want to unpack right away I mark that box important so I know to start with those boxes

Moving is a ton of work and usually costs a fortune. Even if you do all the moving yourself, you still have deposits on electricity, gas, etc. The only thing I like about moving is that it gives me an opportunity to go through all my stuff and clean out the junk! I don't want to move anything unless I have to, so tons of items get tosed. It is nice to have a clean fresh start once in a while.
