How to get the star being displayed while responding to a discussion?

Hi friends! I want to know how we get the star above the name of the responder when replying to a discusiion. Also I can see a rating inside it. How do we do that? I am new to mylot. Can u guys help me out? Please refer the image

Don't worry much dude u will get this STAR too i have rated u now (+) and when u reach 100 there will be star rating of urs toooo :)
Soooo respond well to others discussions to get best rating 10
its from 1 to 10 :)
