we get up in the morning. prepare ourselves for college/university or to go to work. we work all the day dealing with our studies or the customers/colleagues/boss etc. we come back to logon to internet or to see the affairs of children or family or we go out to friends. we are always engaged with others all the time. have we really forgotten ourselves? how much time we give to our ownselves. thinking about us, our goals and our own happiness?

To think deep needs a silent calm mood.I used to talk to myself in the midnight when there was a moon. There was no sound only gentle moonlight touching me.It seemed that the God was around me and immediately I got an inlight of everything.
However, now it's hard for me to do that, cause once I'd like to have a deep thinking,my friends will disturb me.In their opinion, that's kind of introverted and against the rules human communicate.

thanks fr your participation. i really appreciate that you gave yourself time and still try to do so. for me this is crucial. well about being introvert, yes you need to go out and have a social life and friends. living just alone and in isolation would be really an introvert attitude but not to give oneself time is also something not very comendable.
Thanks again for your friend.

People don't spend enough time on themselves and this is sad I spend a lot of time helping other people and waste a lot of time doing nothing it's very frustrateing. I'll have to plan my days better so I can fit in some more time to concentrate on myself.

I think life is beautiful when we get to communicate with one another, share experiences and thoughts. If we can realize our dreams even when we are in public, working with others and balancing daily life is great way than leading a more private life.

thanks for your participation and views, i appreciate. true that we need to be social and communicative with others and should share with others, but wouldn't it be helpfull to have an insight about yourself, to just have few moments, just for yourself! i totally agree that balancing can be done in daily life.

This is a great topic. I too am guilty of self-neglect.I find the only time I have to myself is in the shower or while I'm driving to work. Lately even those moments are shared with my 2 year old daughter. Sometimes we forget how important it is to set aside time for self. Only then we can truly give our family and friends our best.

i appreciate your thought and thats what i believe in. if we are not composed enough and if we don't even know ourselves, i mean if we don't know what we are and what we are capable of, we might turn up helping everyone and being lost at the same time
