How do you like your eggs to be done?

Eggs is common to some people's breakfast...and also in mine... apart from all the media attention on cholesterol, I know there are still a lot of good things we get from eggs like the pretty high quality of protein and some other essential vitamins and minerals.
however, having eggs of the same cooking type like all fried eggs for the whole week could be boring... so I tend to vary my eggs from boiled, then maybe fried (sunny side up) for the next day, scrambled for the following day, and so on... it just gives another taste of egg somehow but still getting the same nutrients.
how about you, how do you like your eggs to be done? boiled? fried or sunny-side-up? or scrambled? do you stick to one type or you want to have it varied from one type to the other?
do share your thoughts..:P

I love eggs and I have them for breakfast almost everyday.
I'm not really that picky in terms of how they're done, I mean I enjoy eggs whether boiled, scrambled, or sunny-side up... but my favorites are boiled and scrambled... I don't really like much the sunny-side up coz there are some small portions which aren't cooked properly and seem to be raw..lol I can't eat raw eggs... :P

The trick to not having the raw, slimy part of the sunny-side-up egg is to use your spatula to pull that slimy part away from the yolk and off the edge of the white part of the egg so that it cooks also. This gives you a nicely cooked sunny-side-up egg ! :)

I learned this little trick from an ex boyfriend.
And it's really good.
Take a piece of bread and tear a quarter sized hole in the middle.
Get some butter hot in a skillet and drop the bread in, then drop an egg into the center.
Let it cook on that side until the bread is brown and toasted, then carefully flip it over being careful not to drop the egg out. Let it cook on that side then flip it once more and top with a slice of kraft cheese.
We call it eggs in a basket and it's really YUM YUM. GOOD

Ola Rogen, How bout this?
Eggs
1 Portion of noodle (I'd like fried noodle)
pieces of onion
pieces of spring onion
sausages
[optional] slices of cheese
Mix'em all as you cook scramble egg(don't forget to add some salt or pepper),serve it with tomato sauce or chilli sauce
or try this one
eggs (1 is enough I think)
slices of spring onion (or onion)
1/2 ons of meat
[optional] salt,cheese,pepper,milk
cut meat into 0.5 x 0.5 cm cubes, mix all the ingredients (mix the optional ingredients too if you like)
last, serve it with soy sauce or tomato sauce and chilli sauce
notes: All of the recipe must be cook in small fire(or mid fire),but try to wake up earlier, because it will take about 1/2 hour (it would be different if you are a cook)

I like it boiled or sunny side up style. When sunny side up, I it hot when placed on my plate. I sometimes like to pair it with bread. When boiled, I prefer it half cooked. My mother would love to cook it the same way because it took her sometime to cook scrambled eggs. Hehe..

I love eggs but I don't eat a lot of them since my GP told me to cut back on them because the white of an egg is pure albumen. Whenever I eat them I like them boiled for breakfast with toasted soldiers, so that I can dip them in them. If I am having them in the evening, I like them scrambled but they have to be runny and not like rubber. I also like to slice them and eat them between two slices of bread and I also like them chopped up and mixed with mayonnaise for my salad. I think I would eat them no matter what way they were cooked.

You don't have to use the white part. You can separate it before cooking and just make the yolk part into an omlettte with some milk wisked in and some cheese. That way you can still enjoy the egg without the white part:) Hope this helps you out!

I am currently following the South Beach Diet plan and, when you are on the first two weeks (or Phase I), each day's breakfast is eggs. I have mainly been enjoying them poached but I occasionally make an allowed omelet (with veggies and low-fat cheese) or scrambled. They can also be accompanied by a couple of slices of turkey bacon, which I now really like (had never tried it before).
My doctor also advised, as you've said, that although many people avoid eggs because of cholesterol concerns, they are an excellent source of protein and not a fat worry. I enjoy eggs so the food plan isn't a big adjustment -- except for the fact that I can't have any bread; so, no toast to accompany my eggs ;)

I have heard so much about south beach diet. How effective it is in keeping one's weight at desirable levels! I hope to know more about it.

I like my eggs pached. I also like them fried. I would like them both of those ways before I liked them scrambled or in an omelet. And they need salt and peper!

Hello there. I love eggs too. However, I try to eat it in moderation. It's always good to have a well-balanced diet. I like my egg to be scrambled. I think that's the best. Many people in my country likes to eat half-boiled eggs. They will add pepper and soya sauce to it. It tastes good. =D

It really varies with me. I used to hate eggs, but then I started liking scrambled eggs and then went on to like fried (sunny side up) eggs and omelets. I still dislike hard boiled and poached eggs, although I like the white of hard boiled eggs. Soft boiled eggs are okay with me too.

I love eggs! I can live everyday eating egg in my diet!(",) I love it when it's sunny side up the best especially when the yellow is not entirely well cook or "malasado". I tried eating eggs hard boiled, scrambled and even raw. There was a time when we ran out of oil so we tried other variety of cooking it. We get a banana leaf and placed it above boiling water and then we placed the egg is the banana leaf. It's just like frying but using water instead of oil and then the banan act as a container. Hope you were able to picture out what I'm talking about. Though egg is a good source of protein I don't think it's good to have it everyday.(",)
