What is sisig?. Is it a name of a dish?. Where is it orignate from?

yup its a dish from the Philippines... its finely chopped grilled pork with onions, vinegar, salt, calamansi and pig's brain. its usually served on a sizzling plate

for pork head or lechon pata 1 1/2 kilo of pork head or lechon pata 1/4 c grilled liver diced 2 small onions minced 2 pcs. red pepper minced 1 head garlic minced 6 pcs. hot chili pepper 2 tbsp. oil 1 c vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp liquid seasoning 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp brown sugar 1 cup beef stock boil pork head until tender take out all the meat and diced saute with oil: the garlic, onion, red pepper, pork meat and liver season with liquid seasoning, black pepper and brown sugar pour in beef stock and cook until pork is tender and starts to oil again add minced chili pepper before serving serve on a sizzling plate
