Do you think Laloo inproved thestandard of Indian railway. How is the safety & facilities Standards. What improvement do you think he shoul do.

For the public he have improved the standard very much. changed the name of express train to mail. but, runs with the same speed. So, mail trains have increased security on tracks, as they run mail trains by decreased speed. hahaha...
