DS Roms?

Hey there, I'm interested in buying some kind of rom writer so I can play roms on my gameboy DS. I've ran acrossed this one, the DS-Xtreem cartrige. You can find it here at www.ds-x.com My question is, is that the best one to go with? It has a USB port right in it, and apparantly everything else. It can play music, it even has it's own OS.. Any other suggestions? And do you know if commercial games will work on it? (This is allowed where I live.) Please help me out.
