How to open a paypal account????

Just log on to www.paypal.com and you can open an account with them. If you just want to receive money then there is no need to regester a bank account or a credit card. If you want to make purchases you can register your credit card and if you want to transfer money into your bank account the you will need to register your bank accoung details. There is usually a minimum transfer amount. I think it might be $150 or here in my country it is €100. There is also a fee of €1 for the transaction. Hope this helps.
