It's my birthday. Help me not be depressed.

It's my birthday, and of course I'm happy to have one. The alternative certainly doesn't appeal to me. However, the gap between how I feel inside (about 30) and how old my body is (a lot older than that) just keeps getting wider. And while my husband, my son, my daughter, and my husband's family have all remembered, none of my friends have. I miss my mother and father, who died many years ago, whenever any major day rolls around. I really need some words of wisdom about growing older to cheer me up. Got any?

I'm really not looking forward to begin 30 (I'm in my mid 20s), LOL not to add to your depression, but it just seems like a big deal. But then again, 30 is no age, you're still young, lots of nice years to come:-)
Here's a BD cake to chear you up:-)
