Attitude of ref in PSV-Ajax

What do you thing about the attitude of ref in game PSV-Ajax? Finds right the ref celebrate one goal? I thing the ref have a bad attitude because ref is a impartial member in game. See the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2oK93smKhiI

I think he really shouldn't have done that because even if he is fan of one of the teams he's there as a referee and not as a normal fan, his job is to lead the game, he should have been impartial at that time.
