In my opinion, the manipulation of sounds with a computer or other machine can't be music. For me, music must be make with instruments or/and the human voice. Taking a normal sound, like the crying of a baby, and making a repetitive song with that... for me isn't music. Not REAL music. What do you think?

I have to say that although musical instruments are important, the modern tools & electronic trickery can be useful.
I am a musician & sound engineer & play guitar & a good example is when doing a recording where you may have people living around you, the ability to record drums electronically without disturbing is really useful.
But nowadays the technology is overused & people use this instead of actual instruments, to me this isn't what it's for & taking out real musicians takes away the soul of the music.
