Can anyone reccommend a site similar to pay pal with a better record? I am looking for something that I could potentially use as a bank.

What do you mean by a better record than Paypal? I have used Paypal for years and so have a number of my friends and we have all been perfectly satisfied with them. If I need money, I just have Paypal transfer it to my local bank, but if you don't have another bank account, Paypal will mail you a check. Good luck in finding a bank that suits your needs.

I have been hearing complaints. I figured if nothing else it would start a livey discussion. I am glad to hear they are doing right by you.

Online "bank" options - Convenient but are they safe?
I would recommend e-gold, moneybookers and alertpay. There is however no foolproof online "bank" and security will always be an issue. I would discourage you from using stormpay at any cost.

well there are a number of sites like paypal but i would recommend, E-gold since its safe and secure like paypal and moreover all the functions are similar to paypal.

I have used PayPal for years and have never had any problems with it. I didn't think it had a bad record. But I have heard that E-Gold is pretty good. You might try them.
