Ok lets say that you start a new job doing apartment maintenance at a low income housing unit. You are have to rip out and replace all of the kitchen cabinets. In doing so you find a bag of cash that contains about 8,000 bucks. The former tenent was arrested and evicted for drug dealing. Your really broke and the money would more or less save you.
Do you keep it

I dont think I could keep it, first of all it's illegal money, and I would never feel comfortable or guilt free again. And that would suck. You're just starting a new job so think on the brightside and keep sayin you'll get by without the dirty money, bring the money to the cops...sometimes they ever give you a little reward money for turning stuff like that in, and that money wouldn't make you feel bad.

Under the cercumstances it would be very difficult but I would have to turn the money in to the authorities and would pray there was some sort of reward offered. As much as the money would be a blessing I also know it would end being a curse because of where it came from.

I would return the money to police . Simmiliar thing happened with me some years back .
Once found a personal check in a Vishal-mart parking lot, bland and signed! I called the people, left a message that I had found it, and stuck it in an envelope with a note and mailed it to them. I received a thank-you card in the mail! It really made me feel good knowing I was the one that found it! Cause I know someone not so honest could have cleaned out there account!
Oh, yeah, I was going through a very rough financial crisis at the time!
So , to be true I won't keep the money which I would have found in the bag.

Yes.
This money's going to save you. It was dirty money, anyway. The dealer was arrested and knows better than to try and look for the money.
And you, you were just doing your job.
