Oh, good god yes... I've had 3 bipolar bosses. One was a screamer - just screamed at people on her off days. One was just crazy - she would write me up for bizarre nothings and make me feel my job was threatened, then the next day act like it never happened... And the third was a friend/boss who had me install and play games with him on our work computers some days, other days he would chew me out for not doing my job... Really, freaking, bizarre...

yah....as an employee. It's so hard to please everybody especially the BOSSES....It's like they doesn't care what you will feel, right? Maybe because they are boss. The untouchable one. hahaha

It is not me who is being verbally abused but my officemate. =) Right now, i'm thinking of elevating the case of my officemate to higher management. But of course, i'll gather enough evidences before i do it. Definitely, verbal abuse is not good and must be taken proper sanctions.
