after three days of absence at my lot, im back again! Posting my chances to earn more and learn more.
Since my membership last week, i've only earned .33$ for 5 discussions I've started and 23 replies i've posted.
Can you please assess my standing/performance? Am i on the right track? Are my earnings fair enough based on my total number of posts?

i started the same way, too. in my case, i expected too much as far as earning is concerned. the one i joined under says the you can earn $10 by posting 35 responses a day. and it was not correct. i posted more than 35 one day and earned not even $2.
but i enjoy being here because this is a very supportive community and i got lots of friend request.
you'll feel great when you finally qualify for the payout.
