Now I work in an American company which does outsourcing business in China. My work is very simple and I can handle it. But my trouble is that I had to write a lot of reports to my supervisor. Some of them I think are useless. Moreover, it seems that I can never learn to do so much format of the document. I found that my colleages waste a lot of time to adjust the format before send the doc. out.Is it so important?

I too is frustrated sometimes with strict formatting -- it is as if I am puit in a box and just follow an idiot impersonal thing. But then sometimes I realized that format is there for easy communication and understanding of things between stakeholders in a certain organization. The best thing to do is to talk to your higher ups and tell your concern that it is taking a good amount of time and suggest some refinements and simplifications to speed up things without sacrificing the intent which is to communicate well and relay updated informations. I relly understand your frustrations.
