Yes this is right that they will have to put the older worker back to work they have a lot of experience and the younger generation can learn a lot from the older people it would be amazing if we could all learn from one another and make it a better world to work in.

it is true that the older folks have knowledge which they can share with the younger generation. besides, plenty of these old folks are still willing to work. if they are still able bodied, it is best that they'd be given the chance to continue to be of service.

it is alright for the older ones to be back to work if it is their choice. they just have to undergo medical examinations to determine how fit they are still physically and mentally. there are so many oldies who are still fit for work and it is a pity that their knowledge and know how are wasted away just like that.

yes,I think the old folks can continue to work if there are have enough well body.
