how much and when do you cry??

Hey friends, well be it a man or a woman we all cry at some time or the other for some reasons.Like laughter even crying is a stuff which expresses our feelings and at times love to others. Obviously there are different occassions and conditions when we cry but on a general note, I would like to ask you people that why do you cry or what makes you cry often? I cry at times when I think that one day will come when I'll loose my parents or when I'll leave the world, this thought makes me cry and at times it becomes too tough to handle that as well. So you have any such reasons of yours or your friends' and how do you overcome it?
