how do u overcome failures?

I have always wondered how do some people have this courage and stamina to fight back th failures they encounter in life...
I just wrote one exam, for ehich I had been preparing diligently but did not do very well in there. friendz pls help me overcome this shock....
I'm very disheartened. :(

You probably didnt do well cuz theres not one particular answer.Everyone has there own reasons to keep on and live life and make things better.Mines is my children.No matter how rough times get i stay strong and get through it for my children.They are my world....my everything and they are the reason i want to wake up evryday and live in this crappy world.
