i dont know i find them all the same. if i had to pick one though i would pick the one that i always buy a lot, crest.

I use Neem toothpaste. I like the effect of it to my set of teeth. Neem is herbal. Also, this toothpaste which I use doesn't have much chemicals or maybe no chemicals at all.

Colgate luminous...the purple box.I love it.It tastes good and it helps strengthen my teeth.I use to use close up thats a good toothe paste too....it makes your mouth feel cinnomany clean lol.

I suppose I'm one of the rare people in the world that cannot stand toothpaste. Not just a certain brand - I mean ANY toothpaste.
I even dread the dentist because I can't stand the taste and gritty feeling of the toothpaste on my teeth.
It makes me gag. :(

I really like Arm & Hammers Baking Soda and Peroxide toothpaste. It has given me great results as far as whitening the teeth more and keeping them healthy.
