.. Tension is always in our life, can't live without it, they for ..we must have more confident in our life too survive.. without motivate our self we well be lost in no way... why is someone kill its self.. perhap this is the one that they don't have confident in here life... no wonder lot of our tenagers have lost here way... what should we do to protect them???..

In order as to protect them, we must guide and lead them
they way based through our knowledge and experiences in life. Let them know that the world is so full of life.
Rather than to be bored, let us teach the person to be
creative, or do something reproductive to his or her self.

we should motivate them to face difficult situation, possibly with examples of people who have fought their way upp in life.

ppl need to motivate themselves to make their life more meaningful and not even hopeless as they could have..
