I trained my daughter to say if she needs the comfort room. She was 18mos. old when she already knows it (now she's already 2yrs. old). I'm happy that she dont need a diaper when she's at home and while sleeping at night. And sometimes, when out going to mall. I think i made a great job.. I'm proud of her and very happy.. Do share your experience moms out there..Thanks!!

good for you! i thought my daughter wanted it too, but i thappend once to go to the toilet! right now she still wears diapers because she just don't want to go! when i try it she just let it go and i can clean the floor again! so i wait until the weather is better so i can leave the diaper and try just clothing! hope it will work out fine!

age differs with children and every child is different, between 2 and a half and 3 and a half is normal.

Well it is quite obvious that children need to know of the fact that they should start using the comfort rooms as soon as possible but i think 2 years is quite apt for them to know about this. But again, the scientific reason being that they do not know to use the comfort room because the regualting capacity is very low in children and hence they cannot regualte and hold the pressure.
